FAQ's

WHO IS THIS GUIDE FOR?

This guide is for anyone who is looking at creating a moving meditation in their own space in their own time

It is for anyone who wants to just 'switch off' and completely connect inwards for 40 minutes

It’s for anyone who is short on time, they want to be able to get a full body practice in less than 40 minutes in their own home in their own time without having to copy something (you will have to follow my guide at the start until you remember it).

It’s for anyone who is already trying to get a home practice but its struggling with what to do each time they get on their mat.

It is for anyone that has a habit of procrastinating instead of getting on their mat … knowing exactly what you are doing without thinking about it helps hugely with this!

It is for anyone that is wanting to incorporate a home practice alongside their classes, whether that’s because they cannot afford to go to classes each day or they want to mix it up.

It is for anyone that isn’t getting the mental benefits from their classes because they are feeling ‘overstimulated’.

IS THIS GUIDE SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

This guide is suitable for beginners, it includes pose breakdowns and steps, HOWEVER, I really advice as a beginner to use this alongside classes. As mentioned before I cannot adjust you in this guide.
