*This 60-minute version of my 'Energy Clearing & Intuitive Reading' is perfect for first-time clients or anyone who feels they’d benefit from starting with a consultation call.* Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, heavy, unclear, disconnected, or feeling stuck - my signature session is here to help you feel lighter, clearer, nourished, reconnected to yourself, and realigned with your Soul I’ll work on your energy body and clear any dense, low-frequency energy, along with any external energy or energetic cords that may be draining or impacting you. You’ll also receive a full energy rebalance - bringing your energy back to you and reconnecting you with your Soul, body, and life-force energy I’ll also tune into your energy, pull some Tarot cards, and channel clear, loving (and always empowering) messages from your Spirit Guides to help you gain clarity, perspective, support, and direction, as you navigate any transitions or move forward in life, business, or career. These sessions are perfect for one-off shifts, clarity and realignment, or ongoing energetic maintenance and expansion. After these sessions - it’s also common to experience: * A noticeable shift in your vibration, emotional state, and mindset * Reconnection and alignment with your Soul and Spirit (in life and business) * An activation or deepening of your spiritual gifts * A calm, grounded nervous system and full-body reset * A boost in your body’s natural healing response What to expect during the session: We’ll start with a 10-minute phone call to discuss your intentions, challenges, and goals. This allows me to connect deeply with your energy and get more clarity on what you need. We’ll then move into the energy healing. During this time, we won’t be in communication, allowing you to relax fully in a quiet, undisturbed space. After the healing, I’ll share with you through voice notes all the intuitive insights I picked up from your energy body, as well as the channeled messages and guidance from your Spirit Guides - These messages are yours to re-listen to as often as you like (they’re usually 15+ minutes long).
