COLLECTING INFORMATION

 

The main aim of collecting information from you is to deliver a smooth and personalized service when purchasing from me. I collect information from you when you subscribe to my mailing list for email subscription only, I do not do postal or text/call promotions.  The purpose of the subscription is to gather details so that I can provide you with up to date information on my products and services, as well as other valuable content. I operate an opt-in policy in terms of communicating via email. By subscribing to my mailing list, you are opting to receive communications by email, however, every time I contact you after this, you will have an opportunity to unsubscribe from my mailing list. I will not pass details on to any third parties, however, please note I do use MailChimp and Wix as my marketing automation platforms. By subscribing to 'SarahLouisesutton.com', you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp and/or Wix for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms  

Your personal details will not be sold to any database companies. Should you choose to have your name and personal data removed from my database all together, you can do so by clicking the unsubscribe link on the email or sending an email to hi@sarahlouisesutton.com.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTED

 

My website requests personal information from you when you make a purchase. If a purchase is made on this site, I will request personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit card billing address(es) so that I can process, fraud check and complete your order. If you are a coaching client then further health details will be required before your consultation.  Any health and further personal detail regarding your background or any data given throughout my programmes will be confidential. Payments are made via Stripe or Paypal (based on which you choose), therefore, payment details will be stored through Stripe, Paypal and Wix as a third party, however, I don't store these details myself. Please refer to Stripe's or Paypals privacy policy for more information. I may use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, together with non-personal data to monitor customer patterns so we can consistently improve the site design to better meet my visitors' needs.

 

CONTROL OF YOUR PASSWORD

 

Do not disclose your password to any third parties. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password by visiting the change password section on the website. FACEBOOK PIXEL'S

 

I have a Facebook tracking pixel placed on this website which is used to generate data, such as lists of visitors who have come to this site and their interests. This is Facebooks data as I (Sarah Louise Sutton)) do not have access to the specific details it gathers. This data allows me to target customers with ad's through Facebook and/or Instagram who have previously visited this website and taken specific actions. In this instance, Facebook is the ‘data controller’. You are able to amend what information Facebook can use and share for marketing purposes with us and other websites through their website

 

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

 

If I am going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection I will make any changes to this Privacy Policy and post them to this site. It is up to you whether you then continue to use the site and my services after such changes have been made. However, it is assumed that you accept such changes if you continue to use the site and services. If you do not accept such changes then you should stop using this website and services and contact me if you wish to have any of your details removed.
