Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm so happy you're here!
Learning energy healing was the single greatest decision I made - it set me on a whole new path and life I never saw coming, and I LOVE that I now get to share this work with others.
Here's the thing with learning a system like Reiki - Yes, it's a set system ... but every teacher shares it slightly differently. They bring their own experiences, teachings, and philosophy to what they're sharing. So having a connection with your teacher and resonating with how they teach is pretty key.
As a Reiki Master, I approach teaching from a very grounded perspective. Although what I'm sharing is spiritual and energetic, I teach in a grounded way (thanks to my Capricorn-heavy birth chart!). I want you to not just learn each step clearly, but also understand the why behind it.
I also really encourage my students to listen to their intuition and find their own way with this work. Although I teach you how to fully step into your unique gifts inside the Intuitive Energy Healer certification, even within Reiki there are multiple ways of doing things - never just a one-way approach. I share the traditional method, but I also share so much more. I want to give you options so you can find the most aligned approach for you.
We aren't drawn to energy healing to just follow the 'correct steps.' We're here to bring our own gifts and expression to it. I'll always share multiple ways of doing things so you can find YOUR way, not just do exactly what I do.
Even though it isn't technically 'Reiki' - I heavily work with Spirit Guides and Angels in my sessions. I'll teach you how to bring them into healings too, and how to use them to support you with this work - on yourself, your clients, and with daily energy management practices.
I know this work is deeply transformational - I've seen the effects on my life and the nearly a thousand clients I've worked with at this point. But this work comes with responsibility too. We're working with Spirit, intuition, and people's energy - that's not a light thing. I always want my clients to leave a session feeling better, more empowered, more in their alignment, and feeling their limitless potential than when they arrived. I would never bring fear, predictions, negativity, or disempowerment to my clients, and I hold strong ethics with my students around these high values, respect, and morals for this work too. This doesn’t mean I am strict - I definitely bring a lightness and ease to my teaching, but I do want to respect the power this work holds, and always have a client’s best interests at heart.

How Is This Different from Reiki?
Reiki is a beautiful, traditional form of energy healing that channels a specific frequency. It's an incredible foundation, and if you've worked with Reiki, you already understand the power of this work.
Reiki is loving, soft, and suitable for all situations, and is an incredible place to start when learning how to work with energy.

Move through the content at your own pace. There’s no time limit, and you can revisit the material at any time.

When you reach the attunement section, you'll be prompted to book your private online 1:1 attunement session through my calendar at a time that suits you.
Step 4.
During your attunement, you'll also receive a full energy healing and Spirit Guide reading.
Step 5.
As you continue through the course, you’ll begin practicing energy work on yourself - and for Reiki 2 or IEH, you’ll also begin working with friends or family as part of your practice.

My Journey to This Work
I never actually planned to explore Reiki ...
It came to me intuitively, even though it was something I'd never considered before that moment.
At that point in my life, I'd done a lot of personal development work, inner work, and inner healing. I understood energy, manifesting, and intuition, but it was all on an intellectual level. I'd already shifted so much in my life, but I can't deny that the catalyst to my next level spiritually, energetically, emotionally, and intuitively was Reiki.
It was after learning Reiki that my intuition and channel started opening up. It was after Reiki that I learned how to actually shift my energy in ways I didn't realise were possible. I started to connect to, feel, and channel my Guides. And it was after learning Reiki that I connected to my purpose in a way I'd never imagined possible.
It didn't take long before I felt the call to go beyond the structure of traditional Reiki.
There was a knowing inside of me that we all have our own unique gifts and energy to share. I started to move beyond the traditional Reiki framework, working with my own healing energy with guidance from my mentor. This was when everything shifted again.
My sessions became more transformative. My own healings expanded. The depth of my connection to Spirit and higher guidance went to a whole new level. It felt incredibly expansive and freeing, and the alignment and purpose I felt working with energy in the way I knew I was here to, was a feeling I had only ever hoped to feel.
I never expected that energy healing and intuitive work would become such a significant part of my business.
Initially, I thought coaching would always be the core of what I offered. But after trialing healings within my sessions, the impact they were having, were far beyond coaching alone. It became clear that the healings and channelings were the most potent part - creating enormous changes within my clients' energy, emotions, and mindset.
It very quickly took over and became the majority of what I offered.
I started recommending all my clients get attuned by a Reiki Master as a way to manage their own energy and day-to-day emotions. Then I began helping my clients open up their intuitive gifts and take their healings to the next level. That's really where my teaching started.
It was only after facilitating over 500 client healings that I was led to do my Reiki Master Teacher training.
Today, I've facilitated nearly a thousand energy healings and spiritual readings. Through this work, I've witnessed clients transform their relationships, step into aligned careers, build thriving businesses, and unlock intuitive gifts they didn't know they had. To think back on how everything has unfolded is crazy. At no point was anything forced, just completely guided and 100% supported by something far larger than myself.
We truly never know where we're being led by our Soul and Spirit. It works step by step, so most of the time we only see one step in front.

What Is Energy Healing?
You are more energy than anything else ...
Your emotions, your physical health, your spiritual connection, your sense of purpose, your intuition, your magnetism … it's all impacted by the state of your energy.
Every thought, belief, emotion, and pattern is a frequency at its core. And so when your energy field becomes congested with energy from other people, spaces, situations, or the collective, or from blockages that have been formed from unprocessed emotions or experiences … it has a negative impact on how you're feeling and what you're experiencing. This is where energy work comes in. You're shifting and improving your emotions, beliefs, and thoughts at the root - on a frequency level.
Energy healing works directly with your energy system to clear what you've absorbed, shift blockages, raise your frequency, and expand your field.
Think of it like hair care … Clearing your energy is like shampooing (cleansing what's no longer aligned). Then, expanding your energy field and raising your vibration is like the conditioning - it strengthens and enhances your energy, helping you feel vibrant, clearer, more aligned, and stepping into a new higher timeline (and honestly, I think energy work should be treated as vital like haircare but that's another story)!
When you work with your energy consistently, everything internal and external starts to shift - your connection to intuition strengthens, your mindset shifts naturally, emotional patterns transform, you become more magnetic, and life feels more effortless.
