Reiki is a certain frequency of energy we can channel. Reiki is also a traditional and ancient method of energy healing. Even though I share traditional ways and my own ways of working during my Reiki courses, there is only so much we can stray from the Reiki practice itself.
In this course, you learn to work with a different energy. A more powerful and higher frequency energy that is of the frequency of Angels and Spirit Guides, and also unique to you and your Soul. It is the gift that keeps on giving
Believe it or not, Reiki wasn't something I was always intrigued by or curious about for the majority of my life. It wasn't until I had been working as a coach a while, that I had the intuitive guidance to explore Reiki, and it felt quite out of the blue and random to say the least ..
Until that point, I had done a lot of personal development work, I had read all the books, and I had done a lot of inner work myself, but it was all much more 'intellectual' ... I am sure many can relate. I knew about energy, I knew about manifesting, and intuition, and I had without a doubt already shifted so much in my life from where I was, but I cannot deny that the catalyst to my next level spiritually, energetically, emotionally and intuitively was Reiki.

It was after learning Reiki that my intuition and channel started opening up, it was after Reiki that I learned how to actually shift my energy in ways I didn't realise was possible, I started to connect to, and feel, and channel my guides, and it was after learning Reiki that I connected to my purpose in a way I had never imagined possible.
When I took my Reiki 1 course, I truly had NO idea that I was ever going to offer Reiki in a work capacity, the purpose of taking it was purely to follow intuitive guidance and for myself (or so I thought). I never thought in a million years it would be something I would offer my coaching clients, and I definitely could NEVER have predicted that energy healing and intuitive work would soon and easefully take over the majority of my business and my heart, and after facilitating almost 500 healings at this point, lead me to becoming a Reiki Master Teacher and teaching others this transformative practice with the Inspirit School of Energy.
We truly never know where we are being led by our Soul and Spirit, and it works in ways that are step by step, so the majority of the time we only see one step in front. WHAT IS REIKI
Reiki by it's name is Universal energy, it is the union of two Japanese words – Rei (Universal) and Ki (Energy). So, Reiki is an energy that is already surrounding us. It is a frequency that we can tune into and tap into, and as a Reiki practitioner - can become a conduit of for yourself or others.
When we learn Reiki we are learning how to channel this energy that already exists. It is not the only frequency that we can channel, but it is an energy that is incredibly powerful, high frequency, and yet very gentle.
Channelling this higher frequency energy, helps your own ability to heal and expand emotionally, physically, spiritually and energetically (and mentally), and the same for a client if you are doing this for someone else.
