The Energy Alignment Session

Realignment is when we come back to our higher self and a higher timeline. When we return to a higher perspective, mindset, and higher emotions. It’s when we remember the truth of who we are, our innate power, and we attune back to the energies we are calling in of abundance, ease, love, clarity, purpose, inspiration and balance. This is what this session is for. In this session, I combine high-frequency energy healing, with messages and guidance from your Spirit Guides. Together they help upgrade your energy and your mindset. The Healing - During the healing you’ll be cleared of low, dense or blocked energy, along with any external energy and cords (these are usually from other people) - this is what leaves you feeling depleted, overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself. You’ll receive a full chakra reset and rebalance, nervous system regulation, and we open and expand your energy up to a higher frequency and whatever you are looking to call in next. (Although I am a Reiki Master, I mostly work with a higher frequency energy during these sessions for more powerful shifts and realignment. I will use Reiki as and when it suits). The channelled guidance - This is the activation back to your Higher Self. Immediately after the healing, I share with you the messages and guidance that came through from your Spirit Guides. Your Spirit Guides always know what you need to hear to return to more aligned energy, thoughts, perspectives and actions. These messages are activations and rememberings, reflecting back the truth of who you are, your innate power, and the guidance to help you focus and move forward. (I don’t do predictions here). I'll also pull Tarot cards as part of this for additional layers of guidance. There's normally 30+ minutes of messages here. What to expect: • We’ll start with a 10-15 minute phone call to discuss your intentions. (If you’re a returning client, or if you would just prefer - this can be done through voice notes at some point before the session instead). • The 40-minute healing is done remotely, we won't be on a call during this part.
