The Energy Alignment Session

Description

When your energy field is full and cluttered, or holding onto misaligned or low energies, it can leave you feeling depleted, overwhelmed, creatively blocked, and disconnected from yourself and your spark! During this energy healing session, you will receive a full energy clearing and reset, chakra rebalance, and a more coherent, higher frequency energy field. We’ll clear all low, dense or blocked energy, along with any external energy and cords that may be draining or impacting you (these are usually from other people), and we’ll open your energy up to whatever you are looking to call in next. Although I am a Reiki Master, I mostly work with a higher frequency energy during these sessions for more powerful shifts and realignments. I will use Reiki as and when it may suit better. After the healing, I will share with you the channeled messages that came through from your Spirit Guides. Depending on your intention and where you are, the messages might offer reassurance and validation, or they might bring gentle guidance, direction, and higher perspectives. (I don’t do ‘predictions’ here). Either way, these messages support and activate you further in coming back into full alignment with yourself. These sessions are here to help you feel: * Lighter, clearer, expanded, open, and upgraded in your vibration * Clearer, kinder, and more aligned thoughts and perspectives * More inspired, creative, and reconnected to yourself and your spark! * More regulated, nourished, and balanced in your body What to expect during the session: * We’ll start with a 10-15 minute phone call to discuss your intentions. (If you’re a returning client, or if you would just prefer - this can be done through voice notes at some point before the session instead). * During the 30-minute healing, we won’t be in direct communication, instead, this is a space for you to lie back, relax, and enjoy receiving the nourishment and healing in a quiet, undisturbed space. * Immediately after the healing, I'll share with you through voice memo all the intuitive insights I picked up from your energy body, as well as the channeled messages and guidance from your Spirit Guides (normally 30+ minutes of messages here).
