Energy Alignment Session

*If you have worked with me before, or if you just would prefer no intro call - There is another version of this session available* When your energy field is full and cluttered, or holding onto misaligned or low energies, it will leave you feeling stuck, heavy, overwhelmed, stagnant, low, disconnected, or out of alignment. And, a lot of the time, this energy we’re holding doesn’t even belong to us! During this session, I will clear any dense, low energy, along with any external energy or energetic cords that may be draining or impacting you. I will also do a full energy reset, rebalance, increase your vibration, and reconnect you back into your Soul … As well as the energy healing, I will share channeled messages and guidance from your Spirit Guides. Depending on the intention of the session, sometimes this guidance is love, support, acknowledgement, and validation for you, and sometimes it’s more guidance for you on how you can best move forward in the highest alignment. (I don’t do ‘fortune telling’ here). If you would love to feel lighter, clearer, nourished, reconnected to yourself, upgraded in your frequency, and ultimately get your Spark back … this is exactly what this session has been intentionally designed to do. After these sessions - it’s common to experience: * A big shift in your vibration and emotional state * Clearer, kinder, more aligned thoughts and perspectives * More inspiration, and reconnection to your truth, and Soul * A calm, grounded nervous system and full-body reset * A boost in your body’s natural healing response What to expect during the session: * We’ll start with a 10-minute phone call to discuss your intentions, challenges, and goals. This allows me to connect deeply with your energy and get more clarity on what you need. * We’ll then move into the energy healing. During this time, we won’t be in communication, instead this is a time for you to lie back, relax, and enjoy receiving the nourishment and healing in a quiet, undisturbed space * Immediately after the healing, I'll share with you through voice notes all the intuitive insights I picked up from your energy body, as well as the channeled messages and guidance from your Spirit Guides (normally at least 20+ minutes of messages here).
