*If you have worked with me before, there is another version of this session available without the intro call (if you are new here but would prefer this too - then this version is available for you also)* This is my signature session to help you feel lighter, clearer, nourished, reconnected to yourself, and realigned with your Soul! If you’re currently feeling overwhelmed, heavy, unclear, disconnected, or stuck - Then this session is perfect for you! This session is a full energy clearing and reset, where I will remotely clear any dense, low-frequency energy, along with any external energy or energetic cords that may be draining or impacting you. You’ll also receive a full energy rebalance - bringing your energy back to you, reconnecting you with your Soul, body, and life-force energy As well as the energy work, I will also tune into your Spirit guides and share with you their clear, loving (and always empowering) messages and guidance, to help you gain clarity, perspective, support, and direction for moving forward with alignment in your life or work! These sessions are perfect for one-off shifts, clarity and realignment, or ongoing energetic maintenance and expansion. After these sessions - it’s also common to experience: * A big shift in your vibration, emotional state, and mindset (and feeling your spark come back!) * Reconnection and alignment with your Soul and Spirit (in life and business) * An activation or deepening of your spiritual gifts * A calm, grounded nervous system and full-body reset * A boost in your body’s natural healing response What to expect during the session: We’ll start with a 10-minute phone call to discuss your intentions, challenges, and goals. This allows me to connect deeply with your energy and get more clarity on what you need. We’ll then move into the energy healing. During this time, we won’t be in communication, allowing you to relax fully in a quiet, undisturbed space. After the healing, I’ll share with you through voice notes all the intuitive insights I picked up from your energy body, as well as the channeled messages and guidance from your Spirit Guides - These messages are yours to re-listen to as often as you like (they’re usually 20+ minutes long).
