TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

 

By purchasing any course or program (the “Course”) from Sarahlouisesutton.com (“the Site”) operated by Sarah-Louise Sutton (“we", "us" and "our”) whether directly or via Inspirit School of Energy, you agree and consent to the following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the Course and that form a legal agreement between you and Sarah-Louise Sutton.

 

PURCHASING REQUIREMENTS

 

The Course is available for individual purchase only. Friends, family, partners, colleagues, etc, will need to each purchase the Course individually. You are expressly prohibited from sharing access to the Course with anyone else. Additionally, you have no right to assign this Agreement as this Course is non-transferable.

 

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER AND INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

This Course does not provide any professional financial, legal, medical or psychological services or advice. None of the content of the Course cures or treats any mental or medical condition. You are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. 

 

We disclaim any liability for your reliance on any opinions or advice contained in the Course.

 

PAYMENT

 

You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any program or course you purchase, regardless if you leave the program or course, do not complete it in the time-frame provided, or don’t use or participate in it at all.

If you were not able to pay in full for the course and require a payment plan you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to.

 

Once the payment plan is set and you agree to the payment plan terms, it cannot be changed. - - For example: If you enrolled in a 3-month payment plan, you cannot switch over to a 6-month payment plan.

 

If payments are late we reserve the right to remove you from all programs and courses, and withhold any certificates, sessions or attunements (where applicable) until payments are again current or paid in full.

Nothing herein shall limit Sarah-Louise Sutton from seeking payment for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by you at anytime. 

 

We are also not responsible for any international fees that may accrue due to currency conversions or international bank fees. 

 

REFUNDS

 

No refunds will be offered unless otherwise agreed upon between you and Sarah-Louise Sutton

CERTIFICATION 

 

Certification is not guaranteed just for purchasing a certification course or program. To receive your certification you are expected to (but not limited to) review all published content within the course, practice and participate in the practices suggested for the time requested, complete and pass the quiz, and you had to have received your attunement.

Even if the above is all complete, we still have the right to refuse final certification if we feel it is not right for whatever reason.

Such materials include but are not limited to written text, workbooks, videos, audio recordings, photos, designs and graphics. Any reproduction or unauthorized use shall constitute infringement. Duplicating, sharing or uploading Course files to sharing sites is considered stealing and Coach may prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

access the Services; and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

 

Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
