By purchasing any course, session or program (the “service”) from Sarahlouisesutton.com (“the Site”) operated by Sarah-Louise Sutton (“we", "us”, "our” and “the facilitator”)  whether directly or via Inspirit School of Energy, you (“the Client” or “you”) agree and consent to the following legal terms and conditions that govern your use of the service and that form a legal agreement between you and Sarah-Louise Sutton.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

 

All conversations and information shared during 1:1 private sessions will be kept private and confidential, and your personal information will not be shared to any third party unless compelled to by law.

 

SCHEDULING

 

As the facilitator, I understand that my clients have busy schedules and I take pride in not keeping them waiting or keeping them longer than planned. Please be on time. All sessions will be arranged beforehand and calendar invites will be created, and a reminder sent 24 hours prior.

If in the event of a reschedule, if it is within 24 hours before the session, and/or a recurring situation, at our discretion we able to class it as a no-show in which case you will lose that specific session without the option of a reimbursement

 

ACKNOWLEDGE

 

As the facilitator I will be facilitating and supporting you by providing guidance, encouragement, knowledge, and holding you accountable to your word, and if previously agreed remote energy healing will also be offered. Since most of the work to do occurs outside of the sessions, namely your everyday life, the results are really up to you (the client).

 

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

 

There is a no refund policy on single sessions purchased.

 

You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any pre-recorded program or course you purchase, regardless if you leave the program or course, do not complete it in the time-frame provided, or don’t use or participate in it at all.

If you were not able to pay in full for the course and require a payment plan you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to - unless already discussed and agreed with and by Sarah-Louise Sutton

 

If payments are late we reserve the right to remove you from all programs and courses, and withhold any certificates, sessions or attunements (where applicable) until payments are again current or paid in full.

Nothing herein shall limit Sarah-Louise Sutton from seeking payment for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by you at anytime. 

 

In the case of a live 1:1 program or rolling contract, in the event of the Client’s absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, the Client will remain responsible for the pro rata share of any sessions already purchased that have been delivered plus one month's payment if paying monthly via payment plan, or if the client paid upfront the pro-rata remainder will be worked out and refunded to the client minus a £300 cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel the program/sessions if at any point we feel it is not advantageous to continue. If this happens, the Client is only responsible for the pro rata share of the services received.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE

 

You acknowledge and take full responsibility for your life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of your family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this program.

 

You expressly assume the risks of the content of our services and sessions, including the risks inherent in making lifestyle changes, or changes within your business.

You release us from any and all liability, damages, loss, personal injury, expense, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which you (the Client) ever had, now has or will have in the future against the us, arising from your past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to any of our services

 

We cannot and do not give any guarantees on results or earnings with the information, courses, programs, coaching, sessions, healings, plans, tools, or strategies.

You recognise and agree that we have not made any implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future results or earnings, or that you will earn any money, with respect to your purchase or enrolment of our services or products, and that we have not authorised any such implication, promise, or representation by others. There are no guarantees of results or future earnings

You understand that we or our content are not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by us is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals.

 

If your sessions include energy healing (this would be arranged prior) please note the following, by proceeding with the energy healing session/s you understand and agree to the following:

 

Energy Healing & Reiki is a simple, gentle, energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation, and energy release. The client understands that Reiki practitioners or Energy Healers do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. The Client understands that Reiki & Energy Healing does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that The Client see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment they may have. The Client understands that Reiki & Energy Healing can complement any medical or psychological care The Client may be receiving.

 

The client also understands that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. The client acknowledges that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

The Client is at all times responsible for acknowledging any intuitive guidance passed through these sessions, and nothing said intuitively during these sessions is fact or known to be truth and should be received fully at the client's discretion. 

 

The Client has chosen to work with Sarah-Louise Sutton and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals, and that there are no promises or guarantees for any particular results as an outcome to this session, or future sessions whether Spiritually, physically, energetically, financially or emotionally.

 

The client understands and accepts that occasionally when energy is shifted, moved, and released, it can create and cause potentially uncomfortable emotions or sensations in the body. This should always be temporary and if pain occurs medical assistance should be seeked.
