120-minute Soul Activation Session

Description

This is a 120-minute session in total. It includes spiritual coaching/intuitive guidance via Zoom, a 30-40 minute high-frequency energy healing/activation, and a Spiritual Reading/Intuitive guidance. (We can spend longer on the healing if your main purpose is more energetic and physical). These sessions are incredibly powerful for: -Realigning to your Soul's energy and higher purpose -Gaining clarity, guidance or direction on a situation -Receiving intuitive support or guidance during your Spiritual journey or life situation As well as the energy healing itself which can help with: -Increasing your vibration -Returning to your energetic alignment -Clearing any negative energy, energetic blocks, or cutting unhealthy energetic chords -Speeding up physical manifestations -To activate your Higher Self/Soul back into your body -Grounding, rebalancing and regulating your nervous system -Activating and expanding your spiritual gifts -Open up your body to abundance or other energies you wish to call in -To activate your body’s self-healing response if you are suffering from any illness or injury What to expect: We will begin the session on Zoom, this is where we can explore your intentions in an intuitive coaching/spiritual guidance capacity (depending on what you need). My sessions are a balance of tangible and grounded guidance, alongside the more cosmic, Soul-led perspectives and shifts. We then finish with the energy healing to help integrate all that has been discussed and to provide the energetic shifts for your next chapter. For the healing, we will leave Zoom, and you just need to simply lay down in the comfort of your own home and just receive the healing. For some that can be a lot of energetic sensations, for others that may be emotions arising, and for others it is simply falling asleep or into what feels quite a trancy state ... there is no one-size-fits-all experience of the healing - everybody is different! After the healing, I will share with you your Spiritual reading via voice notes, which helps attune you even further to your Higher Self (This is a mixture of channelled messages from your Spirit Guides and further intuitive guidance). These sessions are incredibly powerful and hugely activating, whether for your purpose, direction, clarity, vibration or to activate something you are manifesting ....
