When we go about our day without intention, we end up functioning on autopilot, and we naturally merge with our environment, the energy, and the people surrounding us.


It's through intention that we start to move and manipulate energy in the direction that we want it to go, meaning, it is through intention that we actually start to create our reality - Whether that's just to feel a certain way, or even to receive specific outcomes and opportunities that we want. 

If you have ever had or given an energy healing, you would have physically and tangibly felt the power of intention first-hand, and intention alone can have that same power on our everyday lives.


There are so many little rituals and practices that I do and have with energy and my Spirit Guides that bring intention, direction and magic into ‘normal’ daily routines, and I want to start sharing more of these with you so you too can be filled with so much awe, synchronicity and support from your own Spirit Guides and the power of energy.


I work with Spirit Guides for the majority of my practices because they’re a huge part of my life and work, but, even if you don’t feel this right now for yourself, this is how you can start to build that connection. Regularly connecting with your Guides through simple practices like these is how you form a deeper link, and how you start attuning to their energy more and more.

You don’t need to channel and communicate with them to feel them, you can start with practices like this … and trust that even if you don’t hear them or see them right now, it will be building your relationship overtime (and trust me when I say - your Guides would LOVE to support you).



My bedtime ritual for restful and restorative sleep- step by step:


OK, so my bedtime ritual … I cannot remember NOT doing this, it is such an integrated part of my life, and since doing this, my quality of sleep has improved, and how I feel going to sleep and waking up has also drastically improved (I used to have a lot of fear going to sleep).


You can do this little practice on it’s own just before you go to sleep, or it can be done after a night meditation or self-energy healing if that is part of your nighttime routine:



Step 1: Call in your Spirit Guides, and clear your energy field and the space:


Say/think these words:


"I call in my Guides from my highest purpose, truth and compassion, thank you for being here with me now. Thank you for clearing me of all energy that does not belong to me, nor is of the highest frequency. Thank you for also clearing all energy from my space that is not of the highest frequency, or of the most relaxing and restoring frequency".

Here I visualise my own energy field being cleansed and cleared, and then I visualise the room or space I am in being cleansed. In my minds eye, I imagine every corner and area being cleared until the whole room is complete.

Step 2: Create a protective bubble of relaxation and restoration:


Say/think these words:


"Thank you Guides for surrounding me now in a bubble of safety, and of deeply relaxing and restoring energy to hold me while I sleep"

I then visualise/feel this bubble surrounding me  - generally I see this as a soft blue colour, or sometimes a soft pink colour (for me these colours feel calming, loving and restorative, but feel free to visualise what colour comes to you). Now, this is key - If you sleep with someone whether a partner, baby, child etc … then make sure your bubble is only around YOU. Although we may love deeply whoever we are with, creating a barrier between energy fields is actually an incredible practice to get into for your own energetic hygiene. It doesn’t mean you won’t feel connected, it won’t mean you aren’t a good person … it just means your energy field will be YOUR energy field. This is especially supportive if your partner is stressed, emotional, or any other energy you likely don’t want to take on as your own (but this is still powerful regardless of how they’re feeling - trust me it’s a game changer in relationships).

 

If you would prefer to call in a different energy, let’s say you’re feeling unwell and you want some healing, you can ask for that instead of relaxing and restorative. You can also ask your Guides to help you with your healing … don’t be afraid to ask your Guides for support - they love it!

 


Step 3: Set intentions to receive intuitive messages:


Lastly, if you would like to be open for intuitive messages or dreams - then here is where you can set that intention:


"Thank you Guides for sharing with me any intuitive messages or guidance that i need to know (get specific if there is something you want to know). Thank you for ensuring this guidance feels relaxing and easeful, and thank you for helping me remember clearly the guidance in the morning"

P.S for this one - have a journal next to your bed so you can write down what you remember as soon as you wake up!


And that is it! Time to close your eyes and let your Guides and energy do it’s thing!


I don’t stick to the exact same words each night - they always change slightly, but as long as the intention of these words is there - that is all that matters!
